2solve OSS solutions from 2operate are now in service with TT-Netværket in Denmark, providing a comprehensive range of automated processes and state-of-the-art interfaces that clear the way for greater efficiency in the company’s shared network operations.
The 2solve OSS product portfolio is unique in using AI and automated processes to optimise network operations as well as the end-user experience. By combining performance management and planning data, operators can effectively tackle reliably identified network performance issues, as well as gaining key strategic insights about where additional optimisation can be achieved and where network improvements can be made.
“With this new 2solve OSS solution, we have taken coverage calculation and network performance management to the next level, providing operators with immediate, detailed information about any service degradation. This makes it much easier for operators to know exactly where and how to intervene to bring service quality – as perceived by customers – back up to the required standard,” explains Søren Søndergaard, CEO of 2operate. “Winning this contract is a result of working closely with customers to develop solutions based on their perceptions of what make their operations easier and more cost-effective. We were attentive to TT-Netværket’s specific needs, and kept up our efforts until all the challenges were met successfully. We look forward to continuing to work with this exciting company on future enhancements, as well as collaborating on the 5G roll-out.”
“Given the nature of our company as a shared RAN with managed services, the vendor-neutral 2operate OSS solution has helped us establish a better strategic perspective, and also made it easier to provide our owners with better-informed recommendations about how best to identify areas where additional network capacity is needed to tackle any service quality shortfalls, and to comply with license conditions,” says Henrik Brogaard, CEO of TT-Netværket. ”Our experience of working with 2operate fully met our expectations. They have been attentive and responsive to our requirements throughout the development and deployment process. This was particularly good, given that the changes we required – and the timeframe involved – were demanding.”
